From the moment we arrived at the lovely little hotel just outside Keswick, we were blown away by the warm welcome and exceptional service provided by hosts Barry and Van. Not only did they go above and beyond to make us feel at home, but they even surprised my partner with a thoughtful birthday treat, showing a level of care and attention to detail that truly impressed us. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. the attention to detail in providing ample supplies of tea, coffee, and milk, as well as lovely complementary toiletries, really made us feel pampered. We also appreciated the recommendation for a stunning walk nearby that offered breathtaking views of Derwent Lake. Overall, our experience at this hotel far exceeded our high expectations, thanks to the exceptional hospitality, comfortable amenities, and beautiful surroundings. We are eagerly looking forward to returning next June to enjoy another relaxing and memorable stay. Thank you, Barry and Van, for making our visit truly exceptional.
